Albert J. (A.J.) Novak has been a member of the Hundred Club of DuPage County’s Board of Directors since 2013. He earned a Bachelor degree in Chemistry and Master of Business Administration from Loyola University of Chicago; and went on to study at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

Mr. Novak is a widely accomplished sales, marketing and business performance executive with global experience in business to business strategic partnerships. A.J. is currently the Vice President of Sales for ServiceMaster Restore a global leader in the property restoration and catastrophic loss recovery industry.
He is a former adjunct professor at Aurora University’s Dunham School of Business and served on the Aurora University Dunham School of Business Advisory Board.

Mr. Novak and his wife Lynne reside in Naperville and have two daughters. He was a member of the Naperville Community Unit School District 203 Boundary Committee, past president of the Huntington Swim and Tennis Club in Naperville and a former parent manager of the Naperville Soccer Association. In 1992, Mr. Novak was commissioned by the Governor of Kentucky as a member of the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels.
